Willie Smith's
Tasmanian Mark Licence: 20632-104
Since 1888, when William Smith planted their first apple tree, they have been growing apples in Tasmania's pristine Huon Valley. It is Willie's great-grandson, Andrew, who farms the land today and who took the farm organic over a quarter of a century ago.
They were one of Australia's first organic apple orchards and the first certified organic cidery. Their ciders and spirits are made from apples grown, crushed, fermented, and packaged on the farm. They let nature do the hard work, with fruit flavors coming straight from the orchard.

"We’ve chosen to use the Tasmanian Mark on our packaging because it says a lot more than where we’re from. It conveys to our customers something about the way in which we do things, the hard work to make something that’s absolutely exceptional."
