Founded in 2018 by Justin Turner, a former New York finance executive with deep California winemaking roots, who settled in the Tamar Valley after marrying a Tasmanian, Turner Stillhouse has rapidly achieved both commercial success and critical acclaim. Nestled at Tamar Ridge overlooking the stunning Tamar River and Inspired by Tasmania's rich distilling traditions fused with a bold American influence, Turner Stillhouse pushes the boundaries of what premium craft spirits can be, handcrafting bold and adventurous Tasmanian Whisky, Gin and Vodka, that capture the purity of Tasmania and celebrate the unique and unexpected. Three Cuts, Tasmania’s highest awarded range of gins are carefully distilled from a premium grape base, pure Tasmanian water and a unique blend of Tasmanian grown and internationally sourced botanicals, including the brands signature ’Three Cuts of Rose’ with fresh Tasmanian rose. Rosevears Whisky is the latest addition to the acclaimed distillery and includes Tasmania’s first ‘Bourbon-Style’ Whisky made with 100% Tasmanian Grains (Corn, Rye and Malted Barley) that are milled, mashed, distilled and aged, all onsite at Turner Stillhouse.
