Drawing on decades of whisky appreciation and years of meticulous planning, the Brett's have added a second distillery near Hobart where excellence is non-negotiable. From Tasmania’s finest barley and hand-selected casks to coastal rainwater infused with sea spray, every element is chosen to honour the land and elevate the spirit. The result? Award-winning whisky that doesn’t just reflect its environment—it’s defined by it.
