Penguin Beer Co., founded by Tara and Scott Seymour, emerged when they stumbled upon an empty building on Penguin’s picturesque waterfront in the State’s North West. Recognising its potential as a seaside beer bar, they dedicated themselves to crafting four exceptional beer recipes suited to the location. Their beer along with their contemporary taphouse has quickly gained favour among locals and tourists alike.
