Tyler Clark founded 7K Distillery in 2016, beginning in an unexpected location—the backyard of his grandmother's house in Brighton. Working with upcycled shipping containers, he hand-crafted the distillery’s distinctive 1,100L copper pot still, a truly one-of-a-kind creation. Today, 7K Distillery has grown into one of Tasmania’s most celebrated distilleries, yet its vision remains unchanged: to craft unique flavors that capture the essence of Tasmania.
